Concentrix (CNXC) is under heavy pressure following its Q2 (May) report last night. The company missed EPS expectations by a penny, marking its second consecutive miss, while revenue increased 1.9% yr/yr to $2.46 bln, essentially in line. Guidance is likely driving the bulk of the disappointment, with Q3 EPS guidance of $2.65-2.77 and revenue guidance of $2.465-2.490 bln both well below consensus. CNXC also cut its FY26 outlook to EPS of $10.83-11.18 and revenue of $9.925-10.025 bln, down from its prior outlook of $11.48-12.07 and $10.035-10.180 bln, respectively.
- Pressure: Client cost pressures intensified during Q2, increasing demand for automation but also accelerating offshoring and prompting some clients to stop supporting certain customer segments. Together, these changes created roughly 2% of additional revenue pressure entering Q3. CNXC now expects offshoring to reduce FY26 growth by nearly 300 bps, versus 200 bps previously.
- Underlying demand: Management continued to describe the broader demand environment as stable, with volumes generally tracking expectations. It attributed roughly 1% of the additional headwind to certain clients reducing support for specific customer groups, while automation trends remained largely in line with its plans.
- Margin outlook: Non-GAAP operating margin improved 10 bps sequentially to 11.9%, but CNXC lowered its FY26 margin outlook to 12.1-12.3%, roughly 30 bps below the prior midpoint. Lower revenue and duplicate costs from offshore transitions are weighing near term, though management still expects operating margin to approach 13% in Q4.
- AI traction: iX Suite remained a bright spot, with nearly 100 deals closed and deal count up 400% yr/yr. CNXC expects iX Suite revenue to double by year-end and surpass $120 mln in annual recurring revenue, though it remains a small portion of total revenue.
- Cash flow and debt: Adjusted free cash flow reached a record second-quarter level of $242 mln. CNXC maintained its FY26 outlook of $630-650 mln, including restructuring payments, supporting plans to repay more than $550 mln of debt this year.

CNXC shares have been under pressure this year as the company continues to work through a difficult client spending environment, and its Q2 report, particularly the updated guidance, reinforces those concerns. Client cost pressures intensified during the quarter, accelerating offshoring and creating a larger revenue headwind than management previously anticipated. At the same time, management said broader volumes are generally tracking expectations, suggesting the pressure is more concentrated in specific client cost actions than a broader deterioration in demand. Somewhat encouragingly, operating margin improved sequentially, and management still expects further improvement to roughly 12.1% in Q3 and close to 13% in Q4, supported by restructuring actions and easing transition costs. Cash flow and continued momentum for iX Suite also provide support, though the AI business remains too small to offset the near-term pressure. The reduced guidance is clearly disappointing, and the main question is how long these client cost pressures persist and whether CNXC can deliver the margin improvement expected in the second half.
