[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (-0.05%) is down about 25 points this afternoon, the only major average in the red.

A look inside the DJIA shows that Cisco (CSCO 104.72, -6.74, -6.05%), JPMorgan Chase (JPM 339.80, -12.24, -3.48%), and Travelers (TRV 362.15, -8.98, -2.42%) are some of today's top laggards.

Meanwhile, Amgen (AMGN 407.13, +13.97, +3.55%) is firmly atop the standings.

The DJIA now stands +1.63% higher off last Wednesday's lows.

Elsewhere, the 2-yr note auction went fairly smoothly with only a slight tail to the when-issued yield and dollar demand that was slightly ahead of the prior 12-auction average. Treasury yields were already backing up with oil prices having come off their lows of the day and moving into positive territory, but the results of this auction have not had any real market-moving impact for stocks or bonds.
