The communication services sector (-0.4%) remains one of the weakest S&P 500 sectors today, as a sharp loss in The Trade Desk (TTD 13.92, -3.74, -21.19%)combines with continued weakness in Alphabet (GOOG 353.50, -3.12, -0.87%) after reports of the departure of senior AI staff earlier this week. The stock is currently the only "Magnificent Seven" member that holds a week-to-date loss (-0.6%).
