[BRIEFING.COM] The major averages remain little changed from previous levels as the market enters the final half hour of the session.
Looking ahead, investors will have another sizable batch of earnings reports to digest after the close, although the slate lacks much of the market-moving potential of those released earlier this week.
Additionally, the July Employment Situation Report is due tomorrow morning before the open, while next week's July Consumer Price Index will bring the expected path of Federal Reserve policy back into sharper focus.
