SpaceX (SPCX 138.51, +3.51, +2.60%) is a mega-cap standout today after the company confirmed that its Starbase launch facility in Louisiana will begin construction in 2027. The base will serve as the main launch facility for the company's in-development Starship, which CNBC reports will be the largest rocket ever built or flown.
