KKR (KKR 109.62, +5.78, +5.57%) and Apollo Global Management (APO 139.90, +7.88, +5.97%) are among the best-performing S&P 500 components today, with both firms participating in NVIDIA's initiative to mobilize up to $500 billion in financing for AI compute infrastructure.
NVIDIA (NVDA 218.50, +0.96, +0.44%) opened firmly higher this morning after the headline sent the stock lower into the close yesterday, but it has since given back the majority of its strength, narrowing the gain of the PHLX Semiconductor Index (-0.9%).
