Dow jumps more than 500 points as Microsoft surges 17%, Amazon and Goldman Sachs rally

[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (+1.05%) is in last place among the major averages this afternoon, up about 541 points.
A look inside the DJIA shows that Microsoft (MSFT 455.73, +65.19, +16.69%), Amazon (AMZN 237.60, +10.95, +4.83%), and Goldman Sachs (GS 1025.32, +44.57, +4.54%) are solidly higher today.
Meanwhile, Salesforce (CRM 179.90, -8.48, -4.50%) is underperforming.
The DJIA is now +0.36% higher week-to-date.
