S&P 500 Rises as Incyte, Workday Lead Gains; Sandisk Slides on Chip Weakness

[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 (+0.26%) is in second place on Tuesday afternoon, up about 19 points.
Briefly, S&P 500 constituents Incyte (INCY 128.38, +9.51, +8.00%), Workday (WDAY 159.54, +12.00, +8.13%), and Cognizant Tech (CTSH 50.60, +3.55, +7.55%) pepper the top of the standings. INCY gains following earnings, while CTSH is higher ahead of earnings tomorrow and after news that the company launched its EMEA AI unit.
Meanwhile, Sandisk (SNDK 1076.89, -201.34, -15.75%) is decidedly lower as memory and semiconductor stocks felt some pain following a big sell off in Japan and Korea overnight.
