NVIDIA lags despite AI infrastructure announcements
Dow +233.30 at 52180.55, Nasdaq -14.75 at 24982.08, S&P +4.73 at 7416.71

[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 (+0.1%), Nasdaq Composite (-0.1%), and DJIA (+0.4%) have settled into a relatively stable range just after midday.

NVIDIA (NVDA 198.02, -8.82, -4.26%) trades sharply lower despite a series of AI infrastructure announcements reinforced the long-term investment case that the company continues to expand demand visibility through strategic platform partnerships, sovereign AI projects, and ecosystem growth around Vera Rubin and DSX infrastructure. The clearest catalyst today is NVDA's strategic partnership with Safe Superintelligence, which includes an investment by NVDA and access to Vera Rubin systems that SSI said will expand its compute capacity by roughly an order of magnitude, while additional announcements with NAVER, Brookfield Asset Mgmt (BAM 47.18, +0.82, +1.78%), and SK Group point to larger enterprise and sovereign AI deployments even as investors debate how much future demand is being supported by financing initiatives versus underlying end-market demand.
