Briefly, S&P 500 constituents Quest Diagnostics (DGX 226.77, +16.94, +8.07%), Roper (ROP 359.68, +22.97, +6.82%), and RTX (RTX 208.18, +13.30, +6.82%) pepper the top of the standings following earnings.
Meanwhile, Dover (DOV 197.99, -16.54, -7.71%) is near the bottom of the average as its modest earnings beat and small guidance increase largely matched Wall Street expectations, disappointing investors who had been hoping for a more meaningful outlook upgrade.
