SpaceX lower despite new launch target
Dow -178.13 at 51968.29, Nasdaq +90.04 at 25631.29, S&P +10.25 at 7467.94

[BRIEFING.COM] The major averages now trade in a relatively stable range, albeit one that is considerably below their opening levels.

SpaceX (SPCX 121.64, -2.35, -1.89%)  is lower again even after setting July 23 as the target for a second attempt at Starship's thirteenth flight test, suggesting investors remain more focused on execution than on the restart timeline itself. The company said the 90-minute launch window will open Thursday at 5:45 p.m. CT, but the stock's continued weakness - and roughly 23.5% decline since the start of July - indicates that investors want a successful mission rather than simply another date on the calendar.
