Excluding transportation, durable goods orders increased 0.9% (Briefing.com consensus: 0.6%) following an upwardly revised 1.2% increase (from 0.8%) in February.
Advance international trade in goods for March came in at -$87.9 billion, from a prior level of -$83.5 billion.
Advance retail inventories for March came in at 0.7%, from a prior level of 0.3%.
Advance wholesale inventories for March came in at 1.4%, from a prior level of 0.9%.
