Stock Market Update

[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 (+0.5%), Nasdaq Composite (+0.7%), and DJIA (+0.5%) now trade higher across the board after IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol released a statement saying, "I have convened an extraordinary meeting of IEA Member governments, which will take place later today to assess the current security of supply and market conditions to inform a subsequent decision on whether to make emergency stocks of IEA countries available to the market. 

Oil prices continue to move lower, currently below the $85 per barrel mark.
