[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 (+0.7%), Nasdaq Composite (+0.%), and DJIA (+0.7%) sit a touch off of their session highs as they look to end the day with solid gains.
Investors will receive another sizable round of earnigns reports between the closing bell and tomorrow's opening, including those of TJX (TJX 158.13, +0.44, +0.28%), Lowe's (LOW 278.24, +3.88, +1.41%), and Workday (WDAY 129.32, +0.11, +0.09%).
The market will also hear from President Trump as he delivers his State of the Union address this evening, which reports suggest will largely focus on the economy and affordability.
