Crude oil is currently up $1.48 (+2.3%) to $66.52 per barrel, its highest level since early August. Occidental Petro (OXY 51.26, +4.15, +8.81%) is the best performer in the sector, rallying to its highest level since late February 2025. The company beat Q4 expectations and increased its dividend by 8%.
