Versant is a spin-off from Comcast (CMCSA 28.57, -0.97, -3.28%) that operates in four core markets: political news and opinion, business news and personal finance, golf and athletics participation, and sports and genre entertainment.
The stock will replace Brandywine Realty (BDN 2.92, -0.02, -0.85%) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the opening of trading on Tuesday, January 6.
