The three names will replace MarketAxess (MKTX 186.10, -1.40, -0.75%), Caesars Entertainment (CZR 25.79, -0.55, -2.09%), and Enphase Energy (ENPH 38.35, -1.30, -3.28%) on the index prior to the open on September 22.
