[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (-0.23%) is in last place on Tuesday afternoon, down about 107 points.

A look inside the DJIA shows that UnitedHealth (UNH 341.53, -6.36, -1.83%), Travelers (TRV 271.50, -4.80, -1.74%), and NVIDIA (NVDA 175.25, -2.50, -1.41%) are underperforming.

Meanwhile, Chevron (CVX 159.87, +2.56, +1.63%) is today's best performer.

The DJIA is now up about +0.51% month-to-date.

Elsewhere, the 20-yr bond reopening was met with solid dollar demand, evidenced by the 2.74 bid-to-cover ratio that exceeded the prior 12-auction average of 2.58. The response in the Treasury market was a muted one. That, in turn, didn't cause any real stir in the stock market, as traders continue to have their sights set on tomorrow's FOMC announcement.
