The market anticipates the IPO of Bullish (BLSH), a crypto exchange focused on institutional clients and owner of CoinDesk, which will begin trading on the NYSE.
The IPO was priced at $37 per share, above the already-raised range, raising $1.1B and valuing the company at $5.6B. Demand was exceptionally strong with the deal more than 20x oversubscribed, leading to an upsized offering of 30M shares
