The information technology sector (-0.3%) finished yesterday's session as the only sector in positive territory, but chip stocks are struggling this morning after ASML (ASML 738.73, -84.29, -10.2%) stated that the company cannot confirm if it will deliver growth in FY26, despite beating EPS expectations.
The PHLX Semiconductor Index is currently down 1.7%, after yesterday's gain of 1.3%.
