Dow drops over 560 points as Visa, Sherwin-Williams lead declines; J&J gains

[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (-1.33%) is handily lower on Friday afternoon, down more than 565 points.

A look inside the DJIA shows that Visa (V 353.12, -18.28, -4.92%), Sherwin-Williams (SHW 340.31, -15.89, -4.46%), and Home Depot (HD 356.51, -6.65, -1.83%) are underperforming.

Meanwhile, Johnson & Johnson (JNJ 157.44, +0.78, +0.50%) bucks the broader trend lower.

The DJIA is poised to end the week -0.85% lower.

Elsewhere, at the top of the hour, Baker Hughes (BKR 39.06, +0.43, +1.11%) announced a weekly U.S. rotary rig count of 555, -4 w/w and -35 yr/yr.
