[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 (flat) briefly dipped into negative territory.
Seven of the S&P 500 sectors remain in the green despite the index level deterioration. The consumer discretionary (+0.7%), financial (+0.7%), real estate (+0.5%), and health care (+0.5%) sectors are leading the outperformers.
On the flip side, the communication services (-1.4%) and technology (-0.3%) sectors are the weakest performers due to losses in their mega cap components.
