[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 remains lower by 0.4% after the rebound rally met some resistance during the past hour.

Nine sectors continue trading in the red while consumer staples (+0.1%) and health care (+0.1%) hold slim gains. UnitedHealth (UNH 302.53, +10.56, +3.6%) is one of the reasons for the outperformance of the health care sector, as it continues its bounce off levels not seen since April 2020. The stock collapsed nearly 60.0% between April 11 and March 15, and it is now up 21.9% off its low from Thursday.

Treasuries have continued their rebound off early lows with the 10-yr yield now up five basis points at 4.50% after hitting a high just north of 4.56%.
