[BRIEFING.COM] The Nasdaq Composite (-0.1%) continues to lag its peers.
Dow component UnitedHealth (UNH 264.69, -43.29, -14.1%) is sharply lower, again, after a Wall Street Journal report that the DOJ is investigating the company for possible criminal Medicare fraud.
The DJIA hasn't been deterred by the loss and the S&P 500 health care sector (+0.2%) also trades higher despite the decline.
