Treasuries settle sharply higher

Dow +259.29 at 42310.35, Nasdaq -95.46 at 19051.35, S&P +15.88 at 5908.46

The 10-yr yield settled seven basis points lower at 4.46% and the 2-yr yield settled eight basis points lower at 3.97%.
