Boeing (BA 206.67, +3.17, +1.6%) is a winning standout in the Dow after President Trump's announcement that Qatar has agreed to buy 160 Boeing jets. NVIDIA (NVDA 134.86, +4.93, +3.8%) and Salesforce (CRM 292.51, +3.35, +1.2%) are also top performers in the DJIA.
Amgen (AMGN 262.76, -7.81, -2.9%), Merck (MRK 75.04, -1.58, -2.1%), and 3M (MMM 147.44, -3.30, -2.2%) are the biggest losers in the Dow in terms of percentage decline.
