United Airlines (UAL 70.28, +3.23, +4.8%) has gone against the downside grain after reporting above-consensus earnings. UAL also issued two sets of EPS guidance for FY25, stating that it's "impossible to predict the macro environment this year with any degree of confidence."
Separately, the weekly EIA crude oil inventories showed a build of 515,000 barrels.
