Market participants are also weighing more headlines regarding tariffs after President Trump said Mexico will not be required to pay tariffs on anything that falls under the USMCA agreement until April 2.
Treasuries didn't react much to the news. The 10-yr yield is at 4.31% and the 2-yr yield is at 3.99%.
