[BRIEFING.COM] Upside momentum carried major indices toward session highs over the last half hour. The Nasdaq Composite trades 0.5% higher.
Choppy action in the mega cap space has contributed to the mixed showing at the index level thus far. The Vanguard Mega Cap Growth ETF (MGK) traded down as much as 0.8% at its low and up as much as 0.4% at its high.
Treasuries have also experienced some turbulence today, acting as another contributing factor. The 10-yr yield dropped to 4.20% earlier and sits at 4.25% now. The 2-yr yield dropped to 3.90% earlier and sits at 3.96% now.
