[BRIEFING.COM] The major indices are in tight ranges near session highs.
A short time ago, President Trump announced he will impose a secondary tariff on the country of Venezuela, saying any country that purchases oil and/or gas from Venezuela will be forced to pay a tariff of 25% to the United States on any trade they do with the US. The documentation will be signed on April 2.
Stocks and bonds didn't react much to the news. The 10-yr yield is at 4.33% and the 2-yr yield is at 4.03%.
