[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (+1.52%) is in last place on Friday afternoon, albeit on gains of 619 points, as more aggressive advances are being had elsewhere.
A look inside the DJIA shows that NVIDIA (NVDA 120.69, +6.11, +4.42%), American Express (AXP 264.85, +8.42, +3.28%), and JPMorgan Chase (JPM 232.83, +7.64, +3.39%) are among today's top gain getters.
Meanwhile, Nike (NKE 71.58, -1.06, -1.46%) is underperforming.
The DJIA is now down about -5.49% month-to-date.
Elsewhere, at the top of the hour, Baker Hughes (BKR 42.75, +1.01, +2.42%) announced a weekly U.S. rotary rig count of 592, flat w/w and -37 yr/yr.
