There's not a lot of buying conviction at this points, but there's not a lot of selling conviction either. Decliners have a fractional lead over advancers at the NYSE while Advancers lead decliners by a slim margin at the Nasdaq.
The CBOE Volatility Index, which spiked above 29.5 yesterday, sits at 25.02 today.
