More mega caps joined in the upside ride, along with many other stocks. The S&P 500 technology (+0.02%), consumer staples (+0.5%), utilities (+0.6%), health care (+0.6%), and energy (+1.4%) sectors either turned positive or extended gains.
Elsewhere, the 10-yr yield is at 4.56% after dipping to 4.54%. Buying picked up in the equity market despite the move higher in yields.
