Mega caps move lower, weighing down indices

[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (-0.3%) extended its loss while the S&P 500 (-0.1%) and Nasdaq Composite (flat) slid below prior closing levels.
Market breadth is still positive, though. Advancers have a 3-to-2 lead over decliners at the NYSE and an 11-to-10 lead at the Nasdaq.
Downside moves coincided with some mega cap names moving lower. Tesla (TSLA 349.22, -6.65, -1.9%) and Broadcom (AVGO 232.80, -3.00, -1.3%) are standouts in that respect.
