Recent improvement coincided with increased buying in the Treasury market. The 10-yr yield moved from 4.56% to 4.54% and the 2-yr yield is at 4.31%.
The market was unfazed by news that President Trump will announce reciprocal tariffs today, but they will likely not go into effect until April. Also, there will be some exemptions, according to CNBC.
