Futures point to modestly higher open as Bitcoin stabilizes

In corporate news, Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD 24.19, +0.32, +1.3%) fielded a second round of bids on Monday, including a mostly cash offer from Netflix (NFLX 109.40, +0.27, +0.3%), according to Bloomberg; Fox Business reporter Charles Gasparino says Paramount (PSKY 15.75, +0.04, +0.3%) made an all-cash offer for WBD.
