[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (-0.58%) is down about 275 points, but hosting the shallowest declines on Tuesday afternoon.
A look inside the DJIA shows that NVIDIA (NVDA 200.08, -6.80, -3.29%), Boeing (BA 197.68, -6.87, -3.36%), and Caterpillar (CAT 552.83, -17.76, -3.11%) are among today's top laggards.
Meanwhile, Travelers (TRV 274.29, +6.63, +2.48%) is outperforming.
The DJIA is now -2.04% off last week's all-time highs.
