The FHFA Housing Price Index for August increased 0.4% (Briefing.com consensus: 0.1%) from an upwardly revised unchanged reading (from -0.1%) in July.
The S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Index for August increased 1.6% (Briefing.com consensus: 1.9%) from a prior increase of 1.8%.
