Stock Market Update

[BRIEFING.COM] The major indices are back below prior closing levels after some mega cap names turned negative. 

NVIDIA (NVDA 139.78, -0.36, -0.3%), Tesla (TSLA 391.70, -2.57, -0.7%), Amazon.com (AMZN 221.23, -0.88, -0.4%), and others turned sharply lower, dragging down the broader market. 

Semiconductor-related names also turned lower, leading the PHLX Semiconductor Index (SOX) to show a 1.4% decline with most components trading down. Advanced Micro Devices (AMD 121.65, -5.69, -4.5%) was downgraded to Reduce from Buy at HSBC with a $110 target.
