[BRIEFING.COM] The stock market has moved in response to Treasury yields through the session so far. The three major indices, which trade near their best levels of the session, bounced off session lows around 10:30 ET.
The 10-yr yield moved from 4.71% to 4.69% around the same time. The 2-yr yield moved from 4.29% to 4.28%.
Market breadth is still negative, but margins have narrowed compared to earlier in the session. Shortly after the open, decliners lead advancers by a 9-to-2 margin at the NYSE and by a 4-to-1 margin at the Nasdaq. Now, decliners lead advancers by a 2-to-1 margin at the NYSE and by a 3-to-1 margin at the Nasdaq.
