[BRIEFING.COM] The major indices haven't moved up or down much over the last half hour.
Notably, market breadth is negative and major indices are lower, yet the equal-weighted S&P 500 trades up 0.1%. Decliners lead advancers by a nearly 2-to-1 margin at both the NYSE and at the Nasdaq.
Value stocks are holding up better than growth stocks. The Russell 3000 Growth Index trades 1.4% lower and the Russell 3000 Value Index sports a 0.2% gain.
