Stock Market Update

[BRIEFING.COM]  The major indices haven't moved up or down much over the last half hour. The S&P 500 sports a 0.7% gain. 

AbbVie (ABBV 187.72, +12.07, +6.9%), Atlassian (TEAM 311.05, +44.10, +16.5%), Vertex Pharmaceuticals (VRTX 464.19, +25.79, +5.9%), and Aon (AON 374.00, +1.85, +0.5%) are among the winning standouts today after reporting earnings, along with Apple (AAPL 240.30, +3.27, +1.4%).

Exxon Mobil (XOM 108.24, -1.33, -1.2%) and Chevron (CVX 149.68, -6.66, -4.3%) are both lower after reporting results, along with Colgate-Palmolive (CL 86.70, -4.19, -4.6%) and PPG Industries (PPG 116.01, -6.73, -5.4%).
