[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (+0.68%) is up about 286 points on Friday afternoon.
A look inside the DJIA shows that NVIDIA (NVDA 144.21, +5.90, +4.27%), UnitedHealth (UNH 514.18, +9.67, +1.92%), and Amazon (AMZN 223.76, +3.54, +1.61%) are among today's top gain getters.
Meanwhile, Nike (NKE 73.19, -0.48, -0.65%) is underperforming.
The DJIA is on pace to end the week -0.73%.
Elsewhere, at the top of the hour, Baker Hughes (BKR 42.60, +1.04, +2.50%) announced a weekly U.S. rotary rig count of 589, flat for a seventh time in the last 11 weeks and -32 yr/yr.
