The improvement in the S&P 500 coincided with some mega cap names trading up, including Apple (AAPL 225.23, +1.41, +0.6%), Meta Platforms (META 627.24, +3.74, +0.6%), Alphabet (GOOG 201.28, +1.25, +0.6%), and Eli Lilly (LLY 754.84, +0.86, +0.1%) are standouts in that respect.
