Treasuries settle with gains

Dow +83.23 at 42380.35, Nasdaq -118.68 at 18969.42, S&P -14.32 at 5825.52

The 10-yr yield settled two basis points lower at 4.79% and the 2-yr yield settled four basis points lower at 4.36%.
