The trade deficit increased to $78.8 billion in July (Briefing.com consensus $78.5 billion) from $73.0 billion in June (revised from $73.1 billion).
Treasury yields moved higher in response. The 10-yr note yield moved from 3.81% to 3.84% and the 2-yr note yield moved from 3.83% to 3.86%.
