Salesforce, Caterpillar aid DJIA's Thursday gains

[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (+1.37%) is in last place among the major averages, more aggressive gains being had elsewhere, albeit on gains of around 570 points.
A look inside the DJIA shows that Salesforce (CRM 265.93, +13.50, +5.35%), Caterpillar (CAT 373.16, +18.04, +5.08%), and Apple (AAPL 228.98, +8.29, +3.76%) hold solid gains.
Meanwhile, Procter & Gamble (PG 170.70, -3.22, -1.85%) is underperforming.
The DJIA is now up +1.64% week-to-date.
