Broad buying activity has benefitted growth and value stocks. The Russell 3000 Growth Index shows a 0.6% gain and the Russell 3000 Value Index trades 0.7% higher.
Elsewhere, the US Dollar Index continues to decline, down 0.4% to 100.98 with the USD/JPY -1.0% to 140.39.
