Semiconductor stocks continue to outperform the broader market. The PHLX Semiconductor Index (SOX) is trading 2.2% higher. NVIDIA (NVDA 104.96, +0.71, +0.7%) and Broadcom (AVGO 146.28, +2.36, +1.6%) are among the influential winners from the space, contributing to the info tech sector's (+2.0%) performance.
Elsewhere, the CBOE Volatility Index continues to move lower, at 22.83 now, after spiking on Monday.
