[BRIEFING.COM] The Dow Jones Industrial Average (+0.10%) is at the bottom of the major averages this afternoon, little changed over the prior half hour.

A look inside the DJIA shows that 3M (MMM 129.53, +1.83, +1.43%), Intel (INTC 21.24, +0.25, +1.19%), and McDonald's (MCD 289.18, +3.55, +1.24%) dot the top of the standings.

Meanwhile, American Express (AXP 245.12, -7.96, -3.15%) is today's top laggard.

The DJIA is now up about +0.53% week-to-date.

Elsewhere, U.S. Treasuries are holding just below session highs that were reached about 30 minutes ago with shorter tenors maintaining their relative strength. The U.S. Treasury just sold $16 bln in 20-yr bonds, but the auction did not create any significant shockwaves in the market. The sale drew a high yield of 4.160%, which stopped through the when-issued yield by 0.1 bps while the bid-to-cover ratio (2.54x) was a touch below the prior 12-auction average (2.62x). Indirect takedown (71.0%), however, was above average (70.2%).
